Big E lurves parfaits! Of course I’m not gonna give him layers of ice-cream & syrup & whipped cream. They are replaced with healthier options.

Ingredients:

  • Muesli dust – basically muesli blended into dust-like particles. I got my inspiration from Jamie Oliver here.
  • Meiji Sugar free yogurt. This is my personal favourite. You may use greek yogurt or any yogurt you fancy. I absolutely love Meiji sugar free ones.
  • Raw honey
  • Chia seeds
  • Blueberries & Pomegranates. You can replace them with your favourite fruits too. The more colourful the better the layering results.

Method:

Get a transparent glass. They make the parfaits visually attractive.

You can start layering with any ingredient you like. We started with our muesli dust, followed by a dollop of yogurt, sprinkle of chia seeds, chunks of fruits & finally drizzle everything with honey!

It’s a lovely bonding time making breakfast with Big E. We’ve been doing lots of food preparation these days. It is fun, educational and best of all, edible! :p

Hope you guys will have lots of fun layering and eating your yummy parfaits!

Xoxo,

Jingyi
